By reading the agreement below, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed with the policies outlined and explained in each section. Please note that Wholesale Orders have a different Terms & Conditions Policy. Please proceed here if you are a reseller, wholesaler, distributor, or enterprise business.
I. Orders
All orders are processed through Paypal - the safest and easiest way to buy and sell online. Therefore, as a buyer, you agree to be bound by Paypal's Terms and Conditions and Buyer Guarantee, in addition to Ayako Japan's Policies.
II. Payments
Payments are processed through Paypal where most major debit and credit cards are accepted. Please note that you do not have to have a Paypal Account in order to purchase in our store.
III. Shipping
Shipping is always FREE, unless otherwise stated. For US Domestic and US-Stock orders, shipment time will usually be 5-10 business days via USPS First Class Shipping. All other non-US stock and international orders will take between 35-65 days depending on freight handler, country, warehouse location, etc. Tracking information is always provided at no additional cost. Packages may arrive in multiple shipments.
IV. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of order receipt. Otherwise, will be processed accordingly and cannot be cancelled. However, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery acceptance where return shipping will be shouldered by the buyer. Upon return receipt of returned item, a full refund will be issued within 24-72 hours.
V. Disputes
Here at Ayako Japan, your satisfaction is important to us and disputes are handled accordingly. All Paypal disputes are taken seriously.
