Orders
- All orders are processed within 5-10 business days depending on the volume of the order.
- All orders are processed upon receiving cleared payment on Paypal.
- All orders are issued an invoice from Paypal.
- Due to the nature of high volume and/or custom orders, there is a No Cancellation Policy after three days from order date. Please see Returns for more information.
- Worldwide service - we cater to almost all international orders.
- Ayako Japan reserves the right to cancel orders that are deemed revocable at its own discretion.

- Payments are processed through Paypal - the easiest and safest way to buy and sell online.
- We accept most debit and credit cards.
Shipping
- US domestic orders usually take 5-10 business days. Otherwise, 15-65 days for all other orders.
- Tracking number will be provided at all times.
- Carriers will vary accordingly.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment receipt. After which, sales are deemed final.
- All returns are issued a full refund once the item has been delivered and received in our US Main Office.
Disputes
- All disputes are taken seriously. Transactions are governed by Paypal's Buyer and Seller Policy in addition to Ayako Japan's Terms & Conditions for Business Partners.
Referrals
- Special discount coupons, points, etc. are given out depending on transactions. Return clients are appreciated.
